Brad Jernegan
Charter member/ President of The BoSox Club in 1967 and 1971
Brad was an avid baseball fan from his early childhood. He
grew up in Quincy, Massachusetts, moved to Pasadena, California
in the mid 20's and then returned to Quincy where he graduated
from Quincy High School in 1930. From there he married Dorothy
Walton and began working in Boston for the Rockland Atlas National
Bank. During the next thirteen years they had three boys, Gary,
Glenn and Jerry, and if that wasn't enough, he was promoted by the
bank to Associate Vice President. Soon after the bank merged with
the State Street Bank, Brad graduated from the Rutgers Graduate
School of Banking. He was promoted to full Vice President in 1964.
Two years latter along with several other charter members and
founders, they established what is now the most successful baseball
booster club in Major League Baseball The BoSox Club!
